We promise that everything we sell is crafted with the highest quality, attention to detail, and love for the game. Each lantern is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our glowing standards — because if it's not something we'd proudly display ourselves, it doesn't leave our workshop!

If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how:

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized lanterns, limited-edition designs, and digital items cannot be returned.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your lantern arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
